We guarantee that we will immediately remove any passages if objections are justified without the need to involve a legal counsel. We will refuse compensation for costs of warning written by an attorney without prior contact with us as unjustified in the sense of the duty to minimise damages and, if necessary, will raise a counter-claim based on a breach of the aforementioned provisions.
